  • Step 3: Twist your upper body to your left side, as if you were attempting to look over your shoulder. When you have twisted as far as possible, hold the position and squeeze your oblique muscles for a count of three.
  • Step 4: Then return to the starting position in a smooth and controlled manner, pay attention that do not jerking your torso to the other side.
  • Step 5: At last, complete two sets of fifteen repetitions for each side.
