  • Step 1: Start yoga plank pose with the hands, knees and back in a table top position. Remember that put you hands should be directly under your shoulders.
  • Step 2: Lower your forearms towards the floor and push your palms in to the mat. Step your feet back one leg at a time.
  • Step 3: Engage your abdominal muscles and check your alignment and confirm that your shoulders are over your elbows. In order to do that pose correctly, lengthening your body and engaging your abs.
  • Step 4: Stay in the pose for five breaths everyday.
