Easy cardio exercises at home

Cardio exercise benefit a lot for the human body, so we suggest everyone should do that regularly everyday. If you go to gym regularly, you can easily work out, but if you do not like to go out, you should know how to do cardio exercises at home so you can do training regularly and keep healthy. Here we share some easy ideas about cardio exercise at home.

  • Power ropes. It is a cool exercise, and you can do it at home or in your yard. Stand with your feet together, turn your palms out and up slightly, bounce up and down. Swing your wrists just like you are holding a jump rope.
  • Jumping jacks. It is one of the basic but most effective cardiac exercises at home. Stand with your feet together and your arms down by your sides. Jump up and extend your legs out to the sides as you swing your arms over your head. Repeat this for some minutes, and you will know how good it is after several weeks.

Kick your legs back behind you and go right into a push-up. Then snap your feet back forward to the starting position.
  • Kick your own butt. It sounds funny, but really workable. First of all stand with your feet together. Then jump as high as you can, and try to reach your butt by your heels. You might fail doing this, but do not give up. Just do like this for 10 – 20 minutes each time.
  • Side hops. It is also effective and needs no tools. Just stand with your feet together first. Then bend the knees slightly, and then hop from side to side as high as you can. Try a few jumps every day, and it is also good way of cardio exercise.
